I ordered a few things from DV8 Offroad and was excited when the box finally showed up. At first, everything looked good, but as I started going through the parts, I noticed one small piece wasn’t the one I had picked. It wasn’t a huge mistake, but it did slow things down since I was waiting to get everything installed. I reached out to customer service, and they did get back to me, though it took a little while to get it all figured out. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit frustrating when one small thing holds up the whole plan

I ordered a bumper that the site said would fit my Jeep, but it didn’t line up right at all.
The mounting holes were off, and I had to mess with it way more than I should’ve. I even stopped to double-check the part number because it legit felt like I got the wrong item lol.
Maybe it works fine for other people, idk, but the fitment info was not accurate for me. Annoying and definitely a waste of time tbh.

Placing my order was really easy, and checkout only took a minute. I also appreciated getting shipping updates along the way, which made me feel confident everything was on track. No issues at all.

I picked this up for my truck, and overall it looks solid once installed. A buddy of mine noticed it right away and said it gave the front end a nicer look. My only real complaint is that the welds aren’t as clean as I was hoping for. It’s decent for the price, just not perfect.

The box showed up a little banged up, but the parts inside were protected nicely. Everything arrived in good shape with no scratches, so from this order at least, I’d say the packing does its job.

I bought the DV8 tire carrier thinking it would be solid, but it’s been kind of frustrating. After just a few weeks it started rattling, and I kept having to mess with it and readjust things. The latch isn’t very smooth either, and the tire looks like it sags a bit when I’m on rough roads. I really wanted to like it, I mean, I expected better for the price. It’s not completely terrible, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I was disappointed with this. Rust started showing up much sooner than I expected, and even my dad noticed it when he came by. I really thought it would hold up better than it did...

I mean, the fenders were okay overall, but I’m not totally sure I’d call the armor perfect. The quality seems decent enough, though it does scratch easily, which was a little disappointing.

They did approve the return and the exchange eventually came through, so it wasn’t a disaster by any means. It just took longer than it should have, no question about it. Fine overall, but definitely not the smoothest return experience on earth.

The lights didn’t line up with the bumper holes like you’d expect, so I had to drill a couple extra holes to make them fit. Not the end of the world if you’ve got basic tools and common sense, but it was more annoying than it should’ve been.

I tried using the site on my phone and it looked kind of messy. Stuff felt hard to read and not laid out that well so it wasn’t a great experience for me
